Friday 8th May 2020 marked the 75th Anniversary of VE Day and I helped lead the celebrations on Spire FM.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, planned events were shelved and people were urged to mark the occasion through celebrations from home.

At a time where joy has been hard to come by, it was lovely to be on air with people who were having a lovely time, sticking to the rules and sharing the love (with social distance measures firmly in place).
