One of my favourite days of the year is the Christmas lights switch on in my home town of Woking! This was my 5th year hosting the event, at the same time as presenting Eagle Radio drive time with Simon Rose from the side of the stage (who said men can’t multi task!). This year’s event had such a lovely feel about it, and as you can see from the photos below, when the lights were switched on, there was quite a spectacle as a huge confetti storm swept across Jubilee Square!

As well as Father Christmas and Paw Patrol, EastEnders favourite Shane Richie joined us to turn the lights on, and was fantastic value, as you can see in the below video, posted by Woking Shopping. Enjoy!
